Very good class for learning krav maga and for getting yourself fit aswell ,would recommend it to anyone male or female .Also very good instructor very friendly and professional.

I had been looking for a Krav Maga School for over a year when Adrian started his school. The training sessions are inclusive and well delivered, allowing every student to develop according to their own ability. Adrian is a patient and confident instructor that truly has command of his subject. The classes are well balanced, mixing all ages, sexes and abilities which provides a good learning environment for students. I am confident that I will remain a member of the school for years to come and that the added fitness and confidence gained through the numerous classes and seminars will serve me well. As a newcomer to Krav Maga I am very impressed with the methodology and philosophy, and would recommend Krav Maga as a system for self defence to anyone. The Transilvania School of KM offers a very high quality of teaching and support. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome even if you are a novice like myself. Each class is thought out and methodical making it easy to learn. And health and safety is considered at all times. I would highly recommend this school, it is a very enjoyable place to learn Krav Maga!
